Hot dogs and marshmallows, not much is as exciting as a campfire for the grandkids. The oldest gets warm sticky marshmallow in her hair, and the little one runs off with the lighter, laughing with glee. One of them wants to throw every stick into the fire and the other cries when she gets smoke in her eyes. Then when it gets dark, they sit cuddled up in your lap, still and quiet, mesmerized by the flames.
